Carolyn HITCH Carney

Graduated from Indiana State in 1972 with BS in education. Stay-at-home mom until 1986 when I entered the work force at Witham Memorial Hospital after graduating from University of Indianapolis with a degree in nursing. Moved to Tell City, IN in 1989 where I worked as a school nurse in Dubois County until retirement. Since retirement, my husband and I have continued to work with our son in his nusery and landscaping business. Grandchildren, traveling, and Purdue football and basketball games have kept us busy.

Loved Mr. Ephlin's "whistle" system when the bell system didn't work.
