Vicky Ruth Leath, 59, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born July 7, 1954, in Lebanon, daughter of the now deceased Clifford Raymond and Mary (Kinslow) Leath. She was a graduate of Thorntown High School. Vicky worked at Westfield and Hickory Creek nursing homes in Lebanon in the housekeeping and dietary departments. She also worked at Mallory's in Frankfort. Her hobbies included bingo and crafts. Survivors include a son, Michael Leath of Lebanon; daughter, Shawna Leath of Newport; and brother, Ricky Leath of Sheridan. Services will be held 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Household of Love & Faith, 1315 S. Meridian St., Lebanon, with Pastor Mike Goforth officiating. Arrangements were handled by Russell & Hitch Funeral Home.
