| Jerry J. Johnson, 66, Thorntown, Ind., died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008, at Witham MemorialHospital in Lebanon.
 He was born March 10, 1941, in Lebanon, Ind., to Thomas and Kathryn (Hollingsworth)
 Johnson. He married Jane L. Gibbs on May 31, 1961, and she survives in Thorntown.
 Mr. Johnson was a 1959 graduate of Thorntown High Shool and a 1963 graduate of
 Indiana State University. He was vice president of People’s Bank of Indianapolis from
 1963 to 1973 and then was president/CEO of Home National Bank in Thorntown from
 1973 to 1999, retiring in 1999. His memberships include Thorntown Lions Club, Knights
 of Pythias, Speedway Optimist Club, Thorntown Little League Board, Maplelawn
 Cemetery Board, Indiana Bankers Association and the American Banking Association.
 Survivors, in addition to his wife, are two daughters, Mrs. Albert (Judi) Hendrix, of
 Jamestown, Ind., and Mrs. Danny (Jamie) Ramsey of Jamestown; a son, Joe (wife Abbe)
 Johnson of Indianapolis; a brother, Don (wife Darlene) Johnson of Thorntown, seven
 grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
 A son, Jeff Johnson, preceded him in death in 1983.
 Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Dover Christian Church in Dover, Ind. Visitation
 will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at Dover Christian Church. Burial will be in Maplelawn
 Cemetery in Thorntown.
