Virginia “Ginny” Mae Locklear,
94, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully at home, January 30, 2022. She was born March 27, 1927 in Thorntown, Indiana to the late Haven and Margaret Trapp Price. Ginny married Hap Locklear, March 25, 1950, and he preceded her in death in 2004. She was the bookkeeper for Meeting Services Unlimited for 36 years, retiring in 2021.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 East Washington Street.
Ginny is survived by her loving children, Bob Locklear (Juanine), Debbie Corey (Tom), Bill Locklear (Mary) and Lynn Locklear (Keith Holman); brother, Arge Price; sister, Sue Miller; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
